QUICK START
1. Login to your JACKRABBIT Portal
This is the system that we use to direct debit, process class payments and hold your personal details such as card number, address etc. This is also where you can reschedule make up classes.
2. Add yourself to BAND App Group
This is where you can find other class members, notes & photos from teachers, videos of class routines for concert time practice.
3. Bookmark this Members Portal
This portal (alongside emails) is where you will see newsletters, calendars for upcoming events, notes about concerts etc. Everything you need will be communicated via email and here so please bookmark this page and visit it regularly.
FAQ
If a student cannot make a class are they eligible for a make up class and how is that arranged?
Yes they are eligible for a makeup class and you can do it via your Jackrabbit Parent Portal by following these instructions HERE.
When's the concert?
It will be announced via the Calendar & Emails once we get confirmation from the venues that we hire. We are aiming July for the Mid Year Concert and November for the End of Year Concert (keep November free!)
What shoes / uniform do we need?
Ready Set Dance uniform + Ballet shoes and Tap shoes. All can be purchased in studio.
